KickVox ("we", "us", "our") operates the kick-vox.com website, the KickVox Chrome extension, and the KickVox API (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service.

2. Information We Collect

When you use KickVox, we collect the following information:

• Kick Account Information: Your Kick user ID and username, obtained through Kick OAuth authentication. We do not store your Kick password.
• Voice Messages: Audio recordings you create through the extension (up to 5 seconds, WebM/Opus format). These are stored temporarily on our servers.
• Channel Information: The Kick channel ID where a voice message is sent.
• Technical Data: We store a JSON Web Token (JWT) for authentication purposes in your browser's local storage.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely to provide the KickVox voice messaging service: authenticating your identity, uploading and delivering voice messages to Kick chat, and generating playback URLs. We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing or any other purpose unrelated to the Service.

4. Data Storage and Retention

Voice messages are stored on S3-compatible cloud storage (iDrive e2) and are automatically deleted after 48 hours. Your account information (Kick user ID and username) is stored in our database for as long as you have an account. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Voice messages are transmitted over HTTPS. Authentication tokens are signed with secure keys. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Third-Party Services

KickVox integrates with Kick.com for OAuth authentication. Your use of Kick.com is governed by Kick's own privacy policy. We use S3-compatible storage (iDrive e2) for temporary voice message hosting. We do not use any analytics, tracking, or advertising services.

7. Your Rights
