1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing the KickVox Chrome extension or using the KickVox service (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

KickVox is a Chrome browser extension that enables voice messaging in Kick.com chat. The Service includes:

• A Chrome extension that adds voice recording and playback functionality to Kick.com chat.
• A backend API that handles voice message upload, storage, and delivery.
• A website at kick-vox.com for information and legal documentation.
• Voice messages are limited to 5 seconds in duration and are automatically deleted after 48 hours.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to: transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable; impersonate any person or entity; interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; use the Service for any commercial purpose without our written consent; violate any applicable laws or regulations, including those of Kick.com.

4. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content of your voice messages. We do not monitor, review, or moderate voice message content. We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend any account that violates these Terms or applicable law, upon notice or discovery.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
• We are not responsible for any content transmitted through the Service by users.
• Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us (which is zero, as the Service is free).

6. Intellectual Property

The KickVox name, logo, and all related trademarks are our property. The Service's source code, design, and documentation are proprietary. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our written permission.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension and logging out. Upon termination, your stored voice messages will be deleted according to the standard 48-hour retention policy.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on our website.
